I had a nice stay at Goldfinch Hotel Bangalore, notably due to its central location. The service was commendable, with the staff being very courteous and helpful. However, I found the view from my room lacking as it overlooked residential houses. Also, some of the amenities, especially the gym and certain policies, could use improvement.

My stay at Goldfinch Hotel Bangalore was a mixed experience. However, the housekeeping left much to be desired, especially in terms of cleanliness, which was quite disappointing for a hotel claiming to be a four-star hotel. Overall, while it had its perks, I feel improvements are needed in the maintenance and guest services.
